At Yoga + Wellness we focus on balancing energy, positive affirmations and the overall health of each client. Seeking to teach more than just the postures of yoga, we graciously bestow the knowledge of physical and metaphysical health options to practice on and off the yoga mat. Yoga classes include asanas (physical yoga postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, and a few bits of philosophical yoga to bring the mind and body together as one.

Various Yoga series are available in packages covering traditional yoga practice, the Chakras (energy points), the Eight Limbs of Yoga, pranayama (breath-work), meditation and more.
