I appreciate everything I have. I live in joy.

What are you grateful for? I encourage you to think of at least 3 things today that you love about your life.

For some it might be a supportive family or close group of friends (aka also family). For others it could be a career& path that resonates with your passions. Or the fact that you are alive, healthy and have a roof above your head.

List as many things as you can! To yourself – FOR yourself!
