How To Use Turmeric

There are many different ways to consume this magical supplement into your diet. My favorite way is to make my own Turmeric Capsules and take 1-2 daily. (Size of capsule determines how often the capsules are taken.) I purchase the Turmeric in the Bulk section at Sprouts or Whole Foods and Size 0 Vegetarian Gelatin capsules from the Vitamin/Supplement Department. Mix a small ground black pepper into the turmeric powder, stir well, and fill the capsules. A simple way to get these insane benefits while saving some dollars!
