I Am…

• Thoughtfull Thursday •

I fill my mind with positive and nourishing thoughts.

Exhale whatever breath you are holding onto in this moment. Take a slow, deep inhale. Gently close your eyes. Release the exhale slowly. Take as many slow and relaxing breaths as you’d like.

Once you’ve settled into a calm state and allowed your mind to clear, guide your thoughts back to yourself. Who you are right now, who you were 5 minutes ago, and who you aspire to be in the future. List as many positive attributes about yourself TO yourself.

For example:

I am an emotionally strong and independent woman/man.

My mind is a powerful tool that continues to grow every single day.

My heart is full, and I am overflowing with love and support from my family.

My body is healthy.

I am on the road to great success!

Get creative with these thoughts, because ultimately you are nourishing your brain and your body! Don’t forget to say the original affirmation to yourself to really generate the good energy.
